Get help for better well-being with AP Care
If you are not feeling well, mentally or physically, whether in your private life or at work, our AP Care health counsellors can give you help and advice. This is part of AP Pension’s service offer to you.
What is AP Care?
At AP Care, a number of health counsellors are ready to help you – they specialise in the areas of stress, coaching, municipal processes, and general guidance. They offer support and advice if your physical or mental well-being is low - the purpose is to prevent you becoming ill or to help you get safely back to work, if you have already fallen ill.
Via confidential and caring conversations, the health counsellor will help you find out what it takes for you to get well again. The health counsellors draw on a large internal and external network of experts who can help you with the specific challenges you face. The network consists, for example, of coaches, nurses, social workers, physiotherapists, psychologists, medical specialists and many more.
The health counsellor will be your coordinator and will ensure that all aspects of your situation are considered. They will also follow up with you on an ongoing basis and assess whether the programme leads to the benefits and the progression that you want.
Help and support for a healthier life
AP Care gives you help and support for a healthier life with greater well-being, and this may assist in preventing future absences due to illness. Our health counsellors can, among other things, help you with:
- Clarifying your needs and creating a targeted programme for you
- Informing you of your options related to coaching, treatment, rehabilitation, etc.
- Your rights in regards to municipality and place of work
- Returning safely and securely to work if you are absent due to illness.
