What to do when employment ends

When an employee leaves your company, pension contributions should no longer be paid for this person, and you have to provide the date of termination. How to report this depends on the payment method you are using.

Payment via NETS
If you are paying via NETS, please provide the termination date (fratrædelsesdato) in your payroll system, and the employee will then automatically receive a leaving letter.

Payment via PensionsIndberetning
If you are paying via PensionsIndberetning, please provide the termination date through PensionsIndberetning in the field ‘fratrædelsesdato’ (termination date), and the employee will then automatically receive a termination letter.

Other payment method
If you are using another payment method, please send the information to firmakunde@appension.dk, and the employee will then receive a termination letter from us. If you do nothing, the employee will automatically receive a termination letter two months after end of employment.
